JOB DETAILS:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Certification or licensing by a recognized professional body (e.g., KNDI or equivalent).
• 2+ years' experience in a food manufacturing, packaging, healthcare, or nutrition consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of food labeling laws and nutritional regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Passion for healthy living, sustainability, and public health education.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert input on the nutritional content of food and beverage products associated with our packaging solutions. Review and validate product labels for compliance with national and international nutritional standards.
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to develop health-focused packaging and product recommendations. Conduct nutrition audits for clients and suggest improvements aligned with dietary guidelines.
• Create content for health and nutrition awareness campaigns, including blog posts, packaging inserts, or educational materials.
• Train staff and partners on nutrition labeling, dietary standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on trends in food science, nutrition labeling,
