Background

Our client is a full-service law firm based in Nairobi and Eldoret. They are looking to hire a highly motivated individual for the role of office administrator.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all office operations ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Organize and schedule team meetings and events both in-office and virtual.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members ensuring to create a welcoming and supportive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records including contracts and employee documentation.
  • Develop and implement systems to improve administrative efficiency and communication within the Firm.
  • Monitor compliance with Firm policies including those relating to Human Resources, Workflow Processes and Procedures and ICT amongst others.
  • Manage third party service providers.

Key Qualifications

  • A degree in a Business-related course from a reputable University.
  • 7 years of proven experience in office administration in a law firm
  • HR experience will be an added advantage
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in office tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms and data analysis software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with a strong focus on inclusivity and creating a positive team culture.
