• Initiative to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction
What You'll Do
• Welcome and assist all visitors to the office, ensuring they feel valued and supported
• Manage check-ins and maintain accurate digital and physical visitor logs
• Organize, maintain, and safeguard company and client documents both digital and physical files
• Oversee client communications and ensure inquiries, complaints, and requests are handled professionally and promptly
• Coordinate and manage the calendar for online trainings, workshops, and hybrid events
• Support internal operations, ensuring smooth office workflows and clear communication across teams
• Assist in creating an efficient system for tracking client interactions and maintaining high service standards
