Background
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office & Finance Administrator to play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, program coordination, and financial processes.
This is more than an administrative role it’s an opportunity to be at the center of operations, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and seamless coordination across programs and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in structured environments, pays close attention to detail, and can confidently manage multiple priorities without compromising accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing front office operations and administrative systems
- Supporting program coordination, tracking activities, and reporting
- Handling petty cash, payment processing, and financial documentation
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Preparing administrative, program, and financial reports
- Coordinating communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or program support
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, tracking, and reporting)
- A solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping processes
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
