Call Centre Agents

Our client, an on-demand Courier Service that delivers products ordered through their mobile app seeks to recruit Call Center Agents, who will be a key point of contact between the company and their customers.

The main task is to coordinate live rider operations and ensure daily performance against a range of KPIs.

Location: Preferred candidates should be residing along Waiyaki Way.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor, anticipate and manage the live operation to ensure a great user experience.
  • Manage real-time fleet capacity.
  • Lead the communication with the fleet for ongoing orders.
  • Give structured and action able daily feedback to the ops managers.
  • Ensure a smooth operation by coordinating communication with Live Ops support, clients, couriers, and other operational departments.
  • Ensure that quality assurance checks are completed and maintained.
  • Assist clients with product selection and pricing to improve transportation routes.
  • Monitor deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Degree/diploma level in a Business or Social Sciences related field, or having equivalent work experience (6 + months).
  2. Previous call center experience is required or at least 1year experience in a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in English (Excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  4. Computer Literacy: Knowledge and Confidence in MS office
  5. At least 1-2 years’ experience of sales or marketing in a B2B environment
  6. Sales and marketing best practice / knowledge of current tools (i.e. CRM tools)
  7. Swahili or any other local language is an advantage
  8. The position ideally seeks individuals residing along WAIYAKI WAY due to the nature of work.

Nursing Assistant

Our client, a well-established company in the FMCG sector and with a long track record in Kenya and overseas Markets, is seeking to recruit a highly competent and outstanding Nursing Assistant, to assist the organization Nurse in provision of quality, curative, preventive and promotive health care services to all clients in the organizations clinic. He/she will also assist the Nurse in the management and administration of the organizations clinic.

Primary Duties/ Responsibilities

  1. Provide general nursing care to patients which include taking of vital signs and taking appropriate action.
  2. To administer and dispense medicine as per prescriptions giving adherence counseling.
  3. To manage MCH PF Clinic, compile monthly report and requisition adequate vaccines to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  4. To manage patients, diagnosis and treatment in the absence of the Company Nurse.
  5. To maintain correct and handle all client information confidential
  6. To plan and implement health talks every month on health issues like malaria prevention.
  7. To assist in all clinic operations, including filtering clients and attending to emergencies whenever required.
  8. Assist in medicine balancing and stock taking, ensure correct recording of all medicine used daily to prevent stock variances.
  9. To ensure clinic general cleanliness and proper arrangements of items.
  10. To attend to emergency calls during the night as per shift allocation

Key Qualifications and Skills

  1. KCSE B – (Minus)
  2. Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing
  3. Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya
  4. 2 years’ experience
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Training in HIV/Aids
  7. Willing and capable of working long hours with minimum supervision
  8. Computer Proficiency.

  • A recognized professional qualification in Insurance (e.g. ACII, AIIK, etc.) with not less than 10 years Management experience in the Insurance Industry, at least 7 of which must be at senior Management level.
  • Proficiency in the use of modern day technology based service delivery tools
  • Must have their own book of business that would ‘follow’ him / her.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
  • Familiarity with corporate Governance and management best practices
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities
  • High level strategic thinking and proven networking capabilities.
  • Proven experience as Managing Director or Senior Executive
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
  • A current leadership role in any organization or group would be an added advantage  
  • A strong track record in driving business growth and expansion in an increasingly competitive environment.
