Background

Nabo Capital is a leading investment advisory firm in East Africa. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our Client Management team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our client services and supporting the overall growth of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Support the client management team in daily operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and update client databases and records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the operations team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

Previous experience in operations, client management, or a related role is an advantage. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience will also be considered.
