This role is for someone who understands that precision is power.
That behind every “simple” transaction is a client’s goal, a future, a decision that matters.

You will sit at the intersection of money, systems, and people. Not just processing transactions but ensuring that every movement of capital is accurate, timely, and unquestionable. Not just reconciling numbers; but making sure our entire ecosystem speaks the same truth, every single day.

What You Will Own:

▫️ You will process client contributions, switches, and redemptions with precision.
▫️ You will load and manage transactions across banking systems; from redemptions to FX. Ensuring money moves exactly how and when it should.
▫️ You will post interest distributions and track flows daily, keeping every client portfolio clean, accurate, and up to date.
▫️ You will run daily and monthly reconciliations across portfolios, bank accounts, custodians, and internal systems; eliminating discrepancies before they become problems.
▫️ You will prepare monthly revenues and handle tax filings (WHT and management fees); because compliance is not optional, it’s foundational.
▫️ You will execute payments seamlessly through banking systems, ensuring obligations are met without friction.
▫️ You will monitor and validate data across multiple systems, acting as the final line of defense for data integrity.

But beyond the routine;
▫️ You will drive automation; identifying inefficiencies and helping build smarter, faster workflows.
▫️ You will work with tech teams to design and deploy reporting tools and dashboards that move us closer to real-time (T+0) reporting.
▫️ You will deliver reports that matter; daily, monthly, quarterly not just on time, but with clarity and reliability.
▫️ You will support audits with confidence, because your work will already be clean, structured, and defensible.
