Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational governance reviews to identify gaps in accountability, controls, and execution discipline
- Design and embed governance mechanisms including decision rights, escalation paths, and management cadence
- Drive standardisation of core operational practices to improve consistency, quality, and service delivery.
- Strengthen control discipline including documentation integrity, change control, and performance tracking routines
- Facilitate executive and cross-functional working sessions to secure alignment and adoption
- Produce executive-grade outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s is an advantage
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in operations governance, operational excellence, risk and controls, or consulting delivery
- Demonstrated capability operating at senior leadership level with strong facilitation and stakeholder influence
- High standard of professional writing, documentation discipline, and structured thinking
- Proven delivery record in complex, multi-stakeholder or multi-site environments
