Description

Export shipment acceptance box counts, weight measures, and arrival temperature recording.

Intake reports generation and communication to clients.

Reports any irregularity with shipments on arrival to the supervisor.

Check on airline equipment’s inventory and report on the non-supplies and irregularities.

Follows instructions on pelletizing shipments per booked flights.

Labeling of boxes before palletization as per instructions given.

Accurate pallet-card reports generation as per shipment build-ups.

Generate correct daily warehouse inventory reports.

Pallets label application.

Requirements

Undergraduate Degree in Operations managements/Commercial Courses and Aviation Courses.

Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint® and others).

High Integrity, confidentiality and business Ethics standards.

Ability to diagnose and solve problems.

A team player with the ability to work well in a large dynamic Operations team.

Self-motivated, confident, creative, disciplined with attention to detail.

Ability to cope with stressful situations.

Solid communication skills.
