Job Purpose

The Operations Intern supports the coordination of Kimisitu Investment Company's daily operational activities while gaining practical exposure in real estate project support, logistics, procurement, and facilities coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating daily operational activities across land and property projects.
  • Support logistics and transport coordination, including vehicle scheduling and maintenance logs.
  • Assist in supplier follow-ups, quotation sourcing, and tracking delivery of site materials.
  • Participate in scheduled client and contractor site visits to assist with progress monitoring.
  • Help maintain updated contractor and property caretaker files and registers.
  • Support office inventory management and proper filing of project archives.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills, energetic attitude, and eagerness to learn on the ground.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
