Background
Our client is hiring for the position of Operations Lead. This role is crucial for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and smooth functioning across various departments.
Responsibilities
The Operations Lead will be responsible for managing operational processes, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and ensuring that all operations align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes overseeing project management, team leadership, and ensuring the effective use of resources.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in Project Management and demonstrated leadership skills are essential. Experience in the Telecom, Civil, or Electrical Engineering Industry is considered an added advantage.
