Firmbridge Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team.The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our outdoor presence and managing and coordinating billboard site operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and county government offices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Scouting and Supervising installation of new billboard sites.

Renewal of expired sites.

Acquiring approvals for new sites from respective relevant regulatory agencies like KENHA, KURA, and KERRRA.

Ensuring timely payment of annual advertising fees.

Negotiating lease contracts with potential landlords.

Negotiating renewal terms for existing lease agreements.

Preparing cover letters for:

  • Monthly billboard site payments
  • County payments within timelines
  • Payments for new billboard sites

Dispatching all correspondence between Firmbridge, counties, and landlords (cheques and letters).

Maintaining filing records for billboards, approvals, invoices, and receipts in hard&soft copies.

Preparing lease agreements for billboard sites.

Coordinating with Accounts to ensure timely payments for newly signed contracts.

Minimum Requirements

A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the advertising and logistics industry.

Prior experience working in the advertising industry will be an added advantage.
