The Outbound Logistics Analyst will support the planning, coordination, and execution of outbound logistics operations at Zeno. This includes managing NTSA registration processes, tracking documentation, and overseeing the distribution of motorcycles, parts, and tools. The role ensures timely, compliant, and efficient delivery to customers, hubs, and deployment sites, while providing operational visibility and supporting continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
NTSA Registration & Compliance
- Manage NTSA bookings and registration processes end-to-end.
- Track registration progress and proactively resolve delays.
- Coordinate vehicle ownership transfers to customers and partners.
Logbook & Plate Management
- Track logbook deliveries and reconcile against dispatched units.
- Monitor fabrication, collection, and delivery of registration plates.
- Coordinate onward plate distribution to hubs, partners, and customers.
Outbound Distribution
- Track and coordinate transport of motorcycles, parts, and tools from HQ to hubs and deployment sites.
- Align dispatch schedules with warehouse and transport teams.
- Ensure delivery timelines are met and escalate exceptions promptly.
Documentation Control
- Prepare and manage outbound logistics documentation including delivery notes, transfer forms, and handover records.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for audit and compliance purposes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with the Product Team on bike allocation and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with the Warehouse Team to ensure readiness of units for dispatch.
- Provide customer-facing teams with accurate and timely delivery updates.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboards for registrations, deliveries, and documentation status.
- Analyze delays and inefficiencies, and propose corrective actions.
- Deliver daily and weekly performance reports on outbound logistics operations.
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements in outbound logistics workflows.
- Support the development of SOPs and scalable logistics processes.
What You Bring:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain; internship experience is welcome.
- Advanced Excel skills including tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability with keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient under pressure and adaptable to dynamic, rapidly changing environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Swahili is an added advantage.
- Passion for sustainability, clean energy, and the electrification of African mobility.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- On-time vehicle registrations and ownership transfers.
- Accuracy of logbook and registration plate tracking.
