JOB DETAILS:
Key responsibilities
• Ensure the oven operational procedures are followed.
• Ensure tile curing is well done and temperatures across the zonal are achieved.
• Check and ensure the ovens are in good working condition before any production run.
• Operate the oven machine in order to produce finished products in line with the APR.
• Set up, monitoring, and adjusting oven temperature and time controls.
• Check and confirm that the ovens are running optimally in order to produce products at the right quality in line with production parameters.
• Monitor and report any oven breakdowns during production to minimize down time.
• Clean and maintain the ovens in line with established guidelines.
• Check and ensure that the working area is clean and well maintained in line with OSH and kaizen standards.
• Prepare regular production reports after each production in a timely manner.
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to the job holder by the supervisor from time to time.

Working relationships
Internal Relationships:
The Operator is:
• Directly accountable to the Production Supervisor.
• Required to work with the warehousing and quality team.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
• Electrical Certificate or any other related fields.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in production operation preferably in stone or color coating.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
