OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Personal Guide and Chauffeur to the Executive Director is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services while assisting the Executive Director with travel coordination, local assistance, scheduling support, and other personal errands as required. The role requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, flexibility, and knowledge of local routes, destinations, and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Safely transport the Executive Director to and from meetings, appointments, events, airports, and other destinations.
  • Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Assist with personal errands and other assignments as requested.
  • Remain available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel assignments when required.
  • Provide safe and professional guide assistance during travel, meetings, events, and daily activities.
  • Assist the Executive Director in navigating unfamiliar environments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a professional executive driver.
  • Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and key destinations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Salary Entry: Kes. 40,705/Month

This is a Permanent & Pensionable Position
