JOB DETAILS:

Role Summary.

The Pharmaceutical Technologist will support safe, effective, and ethical pharmaceutical care through accurate dispensing, proper stock management, patient counselling, and strict compliance with professional and regulatory standards under the supervision of the Pharmacist and Head of Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate dispensing of medications to inpatients and outpatients
• Prescription verification for dosage accuracy and drug interactions
• Patient counselling on medication use, side effects, and storage
• Stock control, expiry monitoring, and inventory reconciliation
• Maintenance of pharmacy records and controlled drug registers
• Compliance with GDP, GSP, and KPPB requirements
• Collaboration with clinicians and healthcare teams

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology
2. Valid Annual Practicing License (Mandatory)
3. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar facility
