MYDAWA is seeking a detail-oriented and licensed Pharmaceutical Technologists to support our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services. The role holders will be responsible for dispensing medications, offering professional advice to customers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. By providing expert guidance and exceptional service, you will play a critical role in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our customers.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
  • Provide professional advice on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions via online platforms.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless digital experience.
  • Monitor inventory and liaise with procurement to ensure proper stock levels.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service agents and clinicians to provide comprehensive end-to-end support for customers.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Customer checkout rate
  • Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
  • Productivity Level

Requirements

  • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Valid license from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a pharmacy
