Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a phlebotomist
  • Certificate/Diploma in Phlebotomy or Laboratory Technology Licensed/registered with relevant professional body
  • Excellent venipuncture and specimen collection skills

Responsibilities

  • Collect blood and other specimens safely and efficiently Prepare, label, and handle samples according to protocols
  • Ensure patient comfort, reassurance, and safety during procedures
  • Maintain sterile equipment and uphold infection control standards
  • Assist in laboratory-related duties as needed
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and lab staff
