Role Overview

Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photography Assistant to join the Marketing Team. This role focuses on producing high-quality imagery that showcases spaces, cuisine, and guest experiences, strengthening visual identity across multiple units. You will play a key role in supporting content creation, ensuring consistency in brand presentation, and enhancing audience engagement across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, compelling imagery that brings the brand to life
  • Capture hotel spaces, food & beverage offerings, events, and guest experiences, ensuring every image reflects premium standards
  • Plan shoot schedules
  • Maintain photography equipment
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to deliver visually consistent, impactful content across all platforms
  • Attention to detail and a strong creative eye are essential

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma in Photography or a related course from a recognized institution in Kenya
  • At least 2 years of experience in professional photography, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or commercial shoots
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and image editing techniques
  • Proven ability to manage multiple shoots and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for visual storytelling and brand consistency
