JOB DETAILS:

Role:

The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing and managing project schedules, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure efficient project execution. The role supports cost control, milestone tracking, and coordination across project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones
• Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and contractors
• Monitor timelines and report deviations
• Support cost optimization and budget tracking
• Maintain project documentation (resources, expenses, invoices)
• Reconcile contractor payments with Finance
• Draft contracts and manage change orders
• Conduct market studies and cost comparisons

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

• 2-3 years in project planning (based on qualification)
• Strong Primavera or MS Project proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
