Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, and blockages.
• Install new plumbing fixtures, piping, pumps, valves, and fittings.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize plumbing failures.
• Respond to emergency plumbing issues within agreed response times.
• Advise AMSOL on plumbing improvements and water conservation measures.
• Prepare service reports after every assignment.
• Recommend materials and provide cost estimates before major repairs.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with Kenyan safety regulations and building standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Trade Test Certificate in Plumbing (Grade I, II, or III), Craft Certificate, Diploma in Plumbing, or an equivalent recognized qualification.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' practical plumbing experience.
• Experience working in commercial buildings, offices, factories, or institutions will be an added advantage.
