Established 12 years ago, PrideInn Hotels, Resorts & Camp stands as a prominent and rapidly growing hospitality brand that takes great pride in its Kenyan roots. With a strong presence in 5 counties across Kenya including Nairobi, Machakos, Narok, Mombasa, and Kwale, we currently operate 8 hotels and a camp, employing over 1,000 dedicated individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general swimming pool maintenance, including monitoring water levels, pumps, and overall pool conditions.
  • Conduct routine checks on swimming pool installations and related plumbing systems.
  • Monitor water usage and ensure efficient operation of pool systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools, equipment, and work areas.
  • Support the engineering team and assist other artisans with maintenance tasks when required.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, workmanship, and compliance with fire and safety procedures.
  • Assist in safety programs, and emergency response procedures.

Key Requirements

  • Valid Lifeguard Certificate with knowledge of basic lifesaving and pool safety procedures.
  • Operations, or Water Treatment, with basic knowledge of health and safety standards.
  • Basic knowledge of swimming pool maintenance, pumps, filtration systems, and water treatment.
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to safety standards.
  • Good personal grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct.
