Qualifications
Personnel qualifications must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.399 definition of a qualified person. Training requirements that specifically apply to qualified personnel are in OSHA 29 CFR 1910.332(b)(3). Qualified personnel must have successfully completed a 3-year apprenticeship program and have 3-years of documented practical experience in assigned trades.
