Responsibilities or duties
- Carry out receiving inspection of motor vehicles and report any defect/damages/missing items immediately.
- Inspect motor vehicles as per the pre-delivery inspection SOP.
- Report any defect/damages as per the PDI standards.
- Diagnose mechanical problems and servicing of the motor vehicles as per manuals.
- Install parts & accessories as per specification.
- Perform road tests for inspected vehicles as per SOP.
- Complete PDI inspection sheets/reports and submit as per file management SOP.
- Ensure no vehicle is released from PDI without 100% ok PDI
- Clean, repair and maintain workshop tools & equipment
- Update operational system (VITS/other)
- Any other role assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Experience needed
2 years experience.
