Role Overview

Our client, Sierra Premium Breweries Ltd, is seeking a Process Operator to support the safe, hygienic, and efficient execution of beverage processing operations. The role is responsible for blending, syrup preparation, filtration, cleaning and sanitation, process monitoring, and product transfers while ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare beverage blends and syrups in accordance with approved formulations, batch sheets, and standard operating procedures
  • Operate and monitor blending tanks, filtration systems, pumps, valves, and other processing equipment
  • Monitor process parameters, conduct quality checks, and support uninterrupted product supply to Packaging
  • Perform Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) activities while maintaining GMP, HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Complete production records, batch documentation, and shift handovers accurately while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Processing, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in beverage manufacturing, preferably in blending, batching, filtration, CIP, utilities, or packaging operations
  • Good understanding of beverage manufacturing processes, production operations, and process control
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, and Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) systems
  • Ability to interpret formulations, batch sheets, and production schedules while maintaining accurate production records
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and commitment to safety and quality
  • Willingness to work shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
