JOB DETAILS:
Background
Join a social enterprise dedicated to improving farmer livelihoods! We are seeking a Procurement Associate to support cost-effective sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare RFQs, ITBs, RFPs & coordinate supplier communication
- Maintain procurement documentation, supplier lists, and tender records
- Process purchase requisitions for local/international procurement
- Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and supplier evaluation
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery & compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related
- 2–4 years' experience in procurement/logistics (manufacturing/distribution)
- Professional certification (CIPS, KISM) an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) & ERP/procurement software
Additional Details:
Salary: KSh 60,000 - 80,000 + Benefits
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
