- Pan-African Infrastructure: Proven track record in the Telecom, Renewables or distributed services industry with a deep understanding of the logistical and regulatory nuances of operating in Africa.
- Regional Market Mastery: Demonstrated experience managing procurement across diverse African markets, with a focus on navigating local import/export challenges and “last-mile” delivery constraints.
- Vendor Ecosystem Development: Success in building and qualifying a robust network of local vendors and service providers in markets with fragmented supply chains.
- Startup Agility: Experience working in a structured yet fast-paced, process-driven environment where rapid scaling is required
