Job Purpose

Lead all production operations for tea blending, packing, and dispatch to ensure efficiency, quality, cost control, and compliance with food-safety standards. Deliver consistent output that meets OTIF, and develop a high-performing production team.

• Production Planning & Execution – Schedule and manage production to meet demand and achieve OTIF targets and ensure adherence to blend sheets, specifications, and production standards.
• Operational Efficiency & Cost Control – Deliver productivity, waste, and yield targets and reduce downtime and manage production costs within budget.
• Quality & Food Safety – Enforce compliance with ISO, BRC, HACCP, FSSC and internal QA standards, ensure zero tolerance for quality deviations and implement CAPA actions.
• People Leadership – Lead, coach and manage production supervisors and line teams and embed discipline, performance management and skills development.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce OSHA standards, ensure safe machine operation, and reduce LTIs, conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Reporting & Documentation – Produce accurate reports on efficiency, OEE, wastage, downtime and labor and maintain documentation for audits and management reviews.

• Degree in any of these fields Manufacturing, Engineering, Food Science, or related
• 2-10 years FMCG production experience
• Proven ability to manage teams and high-speed production environments
