Job Purpose

To support the smooth and efficient execution of production operations by coordinating production scheduling, maintaining production work orders and systems, monitoring local material availability, resolving operational abnormalities, and supporting day-to-day production activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate production schedules, including product and color/design scheduling, based on production requirements and available capacity.

Maintain, update and monitor production work orders in the relevant ERP/production management system.

Identify, follow up and resolve system-related abnormalities and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Track the availability and delivery status of locally sourced production materials.

Follow up on delayed, insufficient or abnormal material deliveries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

Monitor daily production activities and follow up on progress against the approved production plan.

Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly production and operational reports.

Ensure production-related data and records are accurate, complete and updated on time.

Support the implementation and improvement of production procedures and operational processes.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Logistics, Operations Management, Production Management or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
