Job Title: Production Shift Leader Key Requirements: 3+ years of confectionery production experience Supervisory skills Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities: Manage daily confectionery production for efficiency, quality, and safety. Enforce quality control measures. Organize production planning (schedules, materials, manpower). Train and develop staff on new products, processes, and equipment.
