Background

BIDCORO is a company focused on Refreshment and Delight. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Production Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture of quality products through production teams
• Compliance to SHEQ requirements
• Staff Management and Development
• Implementation of production policies and SOPs
• Implementation of Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Generation of production reports

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Science and Technology or any similar technical discipline
• A minimum of two (2) years' experience in FMCG
• Food Safety GMP and HACCP trained
• Ability to independently build and run production teams

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Base liquid, packaging and raw material waste and labor costs within set targets/budget
• <3% materials waste during production runs
• Zero consumer complaints (production - related)
• 98% production delivery in full and on time
• Zero safety incidences
• Timely and updated process reports
