We Are Hiring Production Team Leader We are seeking to recruit a Production Team Leader to work in our Production department. Successful candidates will be responsible for among other tasks: Responsibilities: Production Management: Arrange the work arrangements in accordance with the Weekly Plan Schedule issued and to ensure that the production plan is completed on time. Material Management: supervise the use of all materials in the workshop, ensure the rational use of materials in the workshop, prevent material waste and control process losses in the workshop. Quality Management: How to organize your own team members to avoid excessive variation and meet product requirements. Team building: Focus in team building of the individual teams, communicate with employees at any time about their status to ensure their stability and harmony as well as monitoring work methods. Safe Production: Actively promote the requirements for safe operations during the production process, take decisive measures to prevent abnormal situations and accidents that occur during the production process, prevent the spread of accidents and report to the workshop director in a timely manner. Be familiar with safety protection and emergency response measures. Talent management: Formulate the talent needs and skills improvement direction, carry out independent training of talents according to needs of the members and to improve their professional. Organize department personnel to actively participate in various training activities organized at the company level. Qualifications: At least 1 to 2 years of factory production management experience. Proficient/Good understanding in clothing manufacturing techniques. Attention to detail. Possess strong leadership skills and a good communicator. Hands-on experience in effectively driving line operations. Reliable academic and professional achievements.
