We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and result-oriented Professional Sales Consultant to drive institutional sales growth for Kim-Fay’s hygiene solutions by managing all B2B accounts across upcountry regions, identifying opportunities, building strategic client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of institutional clients.

Sales and client management: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and manage a sales pipeline. Consultative selling: Assess client needs through active listening and research, and propose tailored solutions that align with products and services. Sales processes: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Customer service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market and product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products, services, industry trends, and market developments.
  • Sales planning, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of tender documentation and proposal development
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in institutional or corporate sales within the FMCC or manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated success in selling to institutions such as hotels, hospitals, schools, corporates, and government agencies
  • Experience in tendering, contract negotiation, and key account management
  • Solid understanding of FMCC markets, institutional buying behavior, and supply chain processes
  • Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management is an added advantage
