Qualifications or requirements
- A PHD in Clinical Pharmacy, a Master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy, a BPharm Degree, from a local or foreign university recognized by the Commission for University Education, Kenya.
- Twenty (20) years of work experience
- Fifteen (15) years of teaching experience
- For the BPharm degree holder, the applicant should be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya and have a valid pharmacist practice license.
- Membership of a relevant Professional Association
- Teaching and research experience appropriate to the rank
- At least twenty (20) publications
- Supervision of ten (10) master’s and three (3) PHD students.

Other Special Requirements:
- Committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- Evidence of presentation at conferences
- Consistent demonstration of ethical professional practice

Tutorial Fellows are employed on one (1) year renewable contract up to a maximum of three (3) years.
