THE HIJABI MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The Hijabi Mentorship Program is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to lead and develop its initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the program's strategic direction, operational efficiency, and impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop program strategy and annual work plans
- Manage program team and volunteers
- Monitor program outcomes and impact
- Build partnerships with stakeholders and funders
- Ensure program activities align with organizational mission
Qualifications
- Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of program management experience
- Strong leadership and fundraising skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
