Footprint to Freedom is an organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Coordinator to lead and manage our initiatives across Africa. This role is crucial in driving our mission forward and ensuring the successful implementation of our programs.
Responsibilities
The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of program management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Key duties include:
- Developing and implementing program strategies.
- Managing program budgets and resources effectively.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders.
- Coordinating program activities and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration among program teams and partners.
- Reporting on program progress and impact to senior management and donors.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) in International Development, Human Rights, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in program management, movement building, or community organizing.
- Proven experience in partnership building, coalition work, and program design.
- Strong skills in facilitation, coordination, communication, and project management.
- Fluency in English is required; French and/or Aeabic is an asset.
Additional Information
This is a remote position with a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
