Responsibilities or duties

The Programme Management Assistant will provide a range of administrative and programme support services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of programme activities.
  • Managing and tracking project budgets and expenditures.
  • Preparing and processing programme-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining programme records and databases.
  • Providing support to the programme team and stakeholders.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in administrative or programme support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with UN administrative procedures is an asset.

Experience needed

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
