Responsibilities or duties
The Programme Management Assistant will provide a range of administrative and programme support services. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of programme activities.
- Managing and tracking project budgets and expenditures.
- Preparing and processing programme-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining programme records and databases.
- Providing support to the programme team and stakeholders.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in administrative or programme support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with UN administrative procedures is an asset.
Experience needed
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
