Project Manager - KOSAP
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of KOSAP projects across assigned regions
- Coordinate field teams for site readiness, installations, and activations
- Develop and monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure availability of materials through coordination with procurement and stores
- Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards
- Liaise with clients, partners, and local authorities to facilitate project execution
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures
- Prepare and submit timely project reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ Years of experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management within SOLAR projects.
- Experience in field-based project execution (Solar projects are preferred).
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
