Are you passionate about community development and social impact? We are hiring a Project Officer to support life-changing programs in Western Kenya!
? What You'll Do:
- Coordinate programs focused on education access, menstrual dignity, teen mother reintegration, and youth economic empowerment
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on program outcomes
- Engage with local schools, youth groups, and community leaders
- Support fundraising and donor communications
What You Need✅
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in community-based projects
- Experience with youth or women empowerment programs is a plus
- Strong communication, reporting, and MS Office skills
