Responsibilities or duties
The successful candidates will support smallholder farmers in implementing sustainable agriculture and climate-smart land management practices, strengthen farmer organizations, facilitate project activities, and promote climate change adaptation and mitigation.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, Natural Resource Management, or related field
Experience needed
Minimum 5 years’ NGO experience
Experience in agroforestry, SALM, climate change, and community development
At least 2 years’ project management experience
Any other provided details (e.g., benefits, work environment, team info, or additional notes)
Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
