Impact Gateway Africa is a dynamic organization committed to driving positive change. We are seeking a dedicated Project Support and M&E Officer to join our team in Nairobi.

Responsibilities

The Project Support and M&E Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to projects and ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation processes. Key duties include:

  • Assisting in project planning, implementation, and reporting.
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on project data.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of M&E frameworks.
  • Conducting field visits for data collection and verification.
  • Contributing to the preparation of donor reports.
  • Providing administrative support to the project team.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management).
  • Proven experience in project support and/or monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
