John Orient Construction & Interior Design Ltd as a Quantity

Surveyor Intern and bring precision, creativity and excellence to our

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction

and interior projects.

Measure quantities from drawings and site visits to support BOQ

Tack project expenses and assist in preparing cost reports and

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and collect data for

Maintain organized records of contracts, drawings, and project

Assist in coordinating with clients, designers, and project teams

to align costs and designs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must hold a degree in Quantity Surveying,Construction

Management, or a related field.

Basic understanding of construction processes and

interior design materials.

Able to read and understand technical drawings and

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic measurement

or drafting tools (e.g.AutoCAD)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

Good written and verbal communication skills

Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a

team environment.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
