Mini GRP (Client: Avocado & Avocado Oil Exporter, Ruiru)
Responsibilities
Inspections (incoming fruit, in-process, finished products); lab tests (Dry Matter, FFA, PV, sensory); monitor cold room conditions; maintain QA documentation; ensure ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP compliance
Qualifications
Certificate or higher in Food Science, QA, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology; minimum 3 years' QA/QC experience in food processing; avocado grading knowledge (added advantage)
