JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
Winnie's PureHealth is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure that set quality parameters are adhered to in production. The successful candidate will implement and enforce Food Safety and HACCP standards.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Food Science.
- Knowledge of ISO Standards, Food Safety Systems, HACCP & Quality Management Systems.
- Trainings, Cereals Grading, Aflatoxin Testing, HACCP – added advantage.
- Knowledge on organic foods is an added advantage.
Experience
- Over 2 years experience working in the Manufacturing industry – Milling Sector.
