QUALITY EXECUTIVES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize and oversee quality control activities across all stages of production.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead, train and evaluate QC team; ensure high performance and accountability.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends and implement corrective & preventive actions.
• Conduct audits, inline inspections and final inspections; ensure timely reporting.
• Liaise with Production, IE, Merchandising and other departments to drive quality improvements.
• Support new style development, PP meetings and customer audits.
• Maintain documentation, quality records and KPIs.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Textile, Apparel, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in quality in garment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, defects and quality standards (AQL, ISO, etc.).
• Leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
