Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing Quality Control functions and ensuring adherence to set standards.

Inspect, test, and sample incoming raw materials and ensure intermediate and finished products meet specifications.

Reject non-conforming products, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.

Monitor production operations and equipment, making or requesting necessary process adjustments.

Maintain supplier performance records and follow up on customer complaints to prevent recurrence.

Manage laboratory equipment and ensure proper functionality and calibration.

Prepare and submit product, departmental, and inspection reports, and coordinate internal audits.

Oversee quality department staff, plan shifts, and ensure ISO systems and procedures are maintained across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma in a science related field i.e. chemistry, science, biochemistry.

Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in a manufacturing setting in a supervisory role.

Systems Experience: Experience in working with ISO systems.
