Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor- 3 months (Reliever)

Location - Nairobi Region

We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with to join our team. The candidate must have have hands on experience in the following areas;

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost control reports
• Manage contracts, variations, and claims
• Handle tendering, procurement, and supplier evaluation
• Prepare financial reports, valuations, and final accounts
• Monitor project progress, risks, and performance
• Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of cost management and construction processes
• Proficiency in QS systems/software (e.g., Excel, CostX, MS Project, AutoCAD)
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

? Must be detail-oriented, self motivated, proactive, ability to work with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines.
