Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with a passion for cost management and construction excellence? We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Evaluate and process contractor and supplier payments.
- Prepare tender and contract documentation.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises.
- Monitor variations, claims, and project financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant construction standards and regulations.
- Prepare periodic project cost reports and forecasts.
