Our client, a school based in Kitengela, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role mentioned above.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have a Diploma in Front Office Operations, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • A Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a front office; receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a dynamic or client-facing environment.
  • Candidates must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds: strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and remain organized and composed in a fast-paced school setting.
  • Previous experience working in a school environment or with children is highly desirable.
  • Must uphold the highest standards of professional integrity, exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
