RM Product & Development – Women Banking

Kingdom Bank is looking for an RM Product & Development to design and continuously improve relevant, profitable and inclusive financial and non-financial propositions for women customers. You will combine customer research, portfolio insight, product governance, capability building, marketing and ecosystem learning.

Responsibilities

  • Customer segmentation and insight: Maintain actionable women-customer personas and sub-segments by business size, sector, life stage, geography and financial need. Conduct customer interviews, journey research, competitor reviews and sex-disaggregated portfolio analysis. Turn barriers and opportunities into clear product requirements.
  • Proposition design and lifecycle management: Design inclusive financial and bundled propositions covering credit, deposits, payments, insurance, trade, investment and business services. Prepare concept papers and business cases. Coordinate approvals, testing, launch readiness and post-implementation reviews. Support clear pathways from entry-level offerings to larger facilities.
  • Non-financial services and customer capability: Design tiered financial capability, business-management, mentoring, networking and market-access programmes. Integrate these into customer journeys and measure participation, satisfaction and banking outcomes. Build scalable delivery partnerships and digital learning options.
  • Campaigns, brand and branch enablement: Develop campaign briefs, value propositions and sales aids with Marketing, Sales, Digital and Partnerships. Train and certify branch teams on product features, eligibility and responsible selling. Support Bank visibility through women’s stories, business insights and customer networks.
  • Product performance and pricing: Track uptake, balances, margin, cost-to-serve, complaints and retention. Recommend pricing, process or policy changes, and the refresh, redesign or discontinuation of underperforming products.
  • Governance and responsible design: Embed accessibility, transparent disclosure, fair value, privacy and suitability in product design. Document lessons from pilots and launches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in product management, proposition development, research, marketing or banking.
  • Working knowledge of credit, pricing, product governance and customer-experience principles.

Working Conditions

  • Frequent engagement with cross-functional teams including ICT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing and Business Development.
  • Periodic travel to branches and customer engagements to gather market intelligence and validate product concepts.
  • Participation in product launches, testing, training sessions and stakeholder workshops.
  • Occasional work outside normal hours during product implementation, system upgrades and user acceptance testing.
  • A high level of confidentiality when handling product information, pricing models and business cases.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once while meeting strict timelines and quality standards.
